Your role will involve:  

 

As a Consultant within Europe Wayfinders, you will play a key role in delivering transformative outcomes for our clients.  

 

You will contribute to high impact consulting engagements as a billable consultant, and support delivery excellence while building trusted relationships with client stakeholders.  

 

You will combine hands-on delivery with analytical thinking, ensuring structured outputs and supporting the execution of business development activities that expand our market presence and impact. 

 

We are seeking great team players who are entrepreneurial, comfortable with ambiguity, and passionate about customer success. 

 

 

As a Consultant, you will be responsible for: 

 

Client delivery  

  • Owning portions of client deliverables and driving review process with managers and leadership. 
  • Maintaining relationships with client stakeholders, ensuring effective and professional communication.  
  • Contributing with material and to structure and facilitate client meetings and workshops. 

 

Practice development  

  • Contributing to the development and socialisation of frameworks, deliverables, templates, and accelerators. 
  • Identifying opportunities to improve engagement delivery, contributing new ideas, and raising risks before they escalate. 
  • Support practice building efforts such as onboarding, mentoring, training, and knowledge management. 

 

 

Business Development  

  • Curating and maintaining client success library to support business development. 
  • Drafting and formatting portions of proposals, and client presentations. 
  • Performing detailed research and data analysis. 
  • Supporting the execution of marketing initiatives and go-to-market strategies. 

 

 

Your skills and experience: 

 

  • Consulting experience at a tier-one consultancy or equivalent role in an advisory practice within a tier-one Services or Solutions company – contributing to consulting projects, managing timelines, and ensuring quality deliverables. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to synthesise insights into presentations tailored to target audiences. 
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with some experience of developing trusted relationships with client stakeholders. 
  • Experience developing basic value cases and financial models to support recommendations. 
  • A proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving, with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
