ROLE DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated professional with hands-on experience in building data warehouses and analytics systems in cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. As part of our team, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and optimizing scalable data infrastructure that supports advanced analytics and business intelligence solutions for our clients.
In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams—including data engineers, analytic engineers, and business stakeholders—to understand data requirements and translate them into effective cloud-based data architecture. You’ll be responsible for implementing best practices in data modeling, data integration, pipeline development, and performance optimization. Your work will directly impact how clients access, interpret, and act on their data.
We’re looking for someone who is not only technically strong in cloud data platforms, but who also brings a problem-solving mindset, a passion for data, and a commitment to delivering high-quality, maintainable solutions.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
We’re looking for a curious, detail-oriented, and collaborative Analytic Engineer who is passionate about transforming data into actionable insights. In this role, you will play a key part in helping our clients uncover trends, solve business problems, and make informed decisions by delivering clear, impactful analyses and visualizations.
The ideal candidate thrives at the intersection of data engineering and analytics—someone who not only understands how to structure and analyze complex datasets, but who also knows how to communicate those insights in a clear and compelling way. You should feel comfortable working across teams, supporting the development and maintenance of tools and proprietary databases, and contributing to scalable, efficient data workflows.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering or other related field with strong quantitative focus.
- 3+yrs in related technical roles with experience in data management, database development, BI, ETL, and/or data analysis domain.
- Good understanding of data prep, Dashboards, analytics and visualization tools like R, Python, Power BI and Tableau.
- SQL scripting experience, Python and cloud infrastructure is a plus.
- Understanding data modeling, data warehousing, data lakes and big data concepts.
- Knowledge of any of the following tools is also a plus: Snowflake, Sigma, Looker, DBT, Matillion.
- Ability to prepare reports and present to internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal skills including assertiveness and ability to build strong client relationships.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to support and work with cross-functional and agile teams in a dynamic environment.
- Advanced English required.
