Job DescriptionThe position is designed to support in services clients across the region and also supporting in business generation activities for Advisory (Including infrastructure and energy) to grow the team and its capability.
- Support the delivery of advisory assignments across programme strategy, PMO, governance and transformation.
- Assist with programme maturity assessments and capability reviews.
- Undertake quantitative and qualitative analysis to support decision-making.
- Develop process maps, governance models and delivery frameworks.
- Support programme assurance reviews and health checks.
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings.
- Assist in the production of client-ready reports and presentations.
- Monitor project actions, risks and dependencies.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and knowledge-sharing initiatives within the team.
- Degree qualification in a relevant discipline.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in consulting, PMO, project controls or programme management.
- Track record of engaging with stakeholder and demonstratable impact
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Ability to structure problems and develop practical solutions.
- Strong organisational and planning capability.
- Experience with MS Office, Power BI or project management tools is advantageous.
- Knowledge of programme management methodologies such as MSP, PRINCE2 or PMI is desirable.
- Strong skills in Microsoft office required
