The Role
In this role, you’ll be a Associate Design Strategist Kyndryl Vital India and be a part of a team of innovative experience designers, researchers, and creative technologists. On customer engagements, you’ll work with the Design Leader to support various programs and accounts. We’re in startup mode so you’ll have a lot of learnings over the ways of working both locally and at the global level. You’ll also be connected to a global professional design community, have access to Kyndryl design leadership, and you’ll be part of the global design team.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Portfolio demonstrating craft, strategic thinking, systems-mindset, service design engagements, and inventive solutions
- Just out of university and trained in Design Strategy or Service Design, Business Design
- Entrepreneurial mindset, thrive in ambiguity and enjoy ‘first of a kind challenges.’
- Systems-thinking problem-solver who can look through multiple lenses (business, people, technology, sustainability)
- Broad and flexible toolkit for designing co-creation journeys from exploration to ideation.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
- Technology interest and acumen in some form
- Attention to detail in the language and relationship dynamics of key stakeholders
Preferred Professional and Technical Expertise
- Participatory design and research
- Internship undertaken in similar area
- Interest experience in IT infrastructure or other technical applications
- Human behavior, change management, or other applied social sciences
- Visualization, sketching, prototyping, storytelling experience
- Proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Suite, Miro or Mural, & other digital collaboration tools
Required Education
Bachelor’s Degree
Preferred Education
MDM, MDes, MFA, MBA or equivalent
