Job Title: Consignment Specialist

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Consignment Specialist to join our team in the pharmaceutical industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing processes related to consignment inventory management, including reporting and analytics within a defined scope.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a technical/operational expert: implement and improve consignment management processes and standardized KPIs (stock levels, rotation, missing items, and physical counts).
- Ensure stable and effective performance of consignment inventory by correcting system errors and monitoring and improving data quality.
- Support local business requirements and development by partnering with commercial teams.
- Manage, analyze, and support consignment stock reconciliation and various other support tasks as required.
- Ensure visibility of consignment status and periodically maintain controls to detect deviations and apply corrective actions.
- Support the rollout of international/global key projects.
Requirements:
- Business & Administration Degree.
- 3-5 years of experience in multinational companies (Administration, Finance, Commercial Support roles).
- Experienced SAP user.
- Knowledge of inventory management/consignment business models.
- Strong competency in Microsoft Excel and the Office package.
- CRM knowledge (SFDC).

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
