Blue Connect is a customer-experience and remote customer-relationship management company serving primarily the travel and tourism sectors. Founded as a joint venture between ER Aviation and Bluelink International, an Air France subsidiary, it operates six centers across five countries and four continents. The company supports customers in 35 languages and employs approximately 2,000 people, providing multilingual service and aviation-related customer support.
