Job Description

  • Develop solutions in the field of IoT (Internet of Things), remote support technologies and related service tools. 
  • Drive improvements by contributing with innovative ideas and enhancing maintainability, scalability and efficiency of developed solutions. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and refine technical concepts. 
  • Ensure compliance with QM guidelines in software development, documentation and validation 
  • Monitor and proactively enhance quality and cybersecurity standards through continuous assessment. 
  • Design and execute manual and automated test plans. 
  • Complete assigned projects within the specified scope and schedule, ensuring alignment with company goals. 
  • Promote and facilitate the adoption of the technologies among internal and external stakeholders to increase connectivity and utilization rates 
  • Collect, document and discuss product feedback and improvement ideas with the Product Owner and team. 
  • Provide training and support to users on developed solutions and tools 
  • Stay updated on trends and advancements in relevant technologies, customer requirements and regional regulations. 

Qualifications

  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or Biomedical Engineering 
  • Work experience in the area of IoT, Healthcare IT, remote support systems, or connectivity solutions is required 
  • Passion for software development, system architecture, and solution design to drive high-impact projects.   
  • Hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum environments alongside Product Owners and Project Managers. 
  • Comfortable working with co-development, code review and automated testing 
  • Interest in digital transformation projects, cybersecurity, or service efficiency improvements. 
  • Ability to take ownership and drive projects with minimal supervision. 
  • Fluent English and proficient working with internal teams and external customers to drive solution adoption.
