Sobre o cargo:
Nosso(a) Estagiário(a) de Eventos atuará diretamente no suporte de diversas atividades, tais como, mas não limitadas a:
Realizar acompanhamento e controle de relatórios e documentos relacionados às atividades da área de eventos;
Abertura de requisições de compras, contratos e acompanhamento de tarefas administrativas da área;
Realizar o fechamento financeiro dos eventos, incluindo consolidação de custos;
Suporte em eventos internos.
Requisitos:
- Ensino Superior (em andamento) nos cursos de Hotelaria, Turismo, Administração, Marketing, Relações Públicas ou áreas correlatas em ciências humanas;
- Cursando Noturno e ter a possibilidade de estagiar por até 2 anos;
- Conhecimento avançado no pacote Office, com maior foco em Excel;
- Boa comunicação (oral e escrita), proatividade, organização, bom trabalho em equipe e vontade de aprender.
