First launched in 2019, PADCEV has become a standard of care for the treatment of locally advanced/metastatic urothelial carcinoma (la/mUC). With a strong lifecyle plan and tremendous growth potential, PADCEV is a fast-paced and leading brand within the Pfizer Oncology portfolio.
The PADCEV Marketing team is searching for an in-line marketer to lead the peer-to-peer channel and PADCEV congress/conference related strategy, tactics and programs. The role will partner with the broader marketing team to develop and translate brand objectives into a tactical plan for the Peer-to-peer channel. The ideal candidate will excel in ability to execute, to collaborate across functions and drive peer-to-peer efforts that strengthen the brand.
Reporting to PADCEV Marketing Sr. Director, this role will partner closely with other PADCEV brand team members, Bladder & Renal TLELs, Sales leadership, Congress Operations, Legal/Medical/Regulatory reviewers as well as co-promote counterparts within Astellas Marketing. The scope of this role may evolve in response to brand and business needs.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • In collaboration with co-promote partner (Astellas Marketing), conceptualize, develop and execute the brand's annual peer to peer strategy and tactical plans
  • In partnership with Bladder & Renal TLELs, develop and pull through the peer-to-peer channel strategy for next upcoming launch for the PADCEV brand
  • Lead peer to peer initiatives and promotional efforts to educate HCPs about PADCEV's clinical data (examples: product theaters, third party programming)
  • Manage the Pfizer PADCEV Speaker Bureau and develop strong branded and unbranded speaker presentations that communicate the breadth of PADCEV's clinical data
  • Manage a robust national and regional congress plan, partnering closely with Congress Ops, TLELs, Sales, GU franchise and Co-promote partners
  • Continuously measure overall performance and KPIs of marketing initiatives, streamline content testing, and actively identify gaps or optimizations for new content
  • Identify strategic customer insights and translate into actionable strategies
  • Manage projects through both joint alliance RC (EV-PREP) and Pfizer-only RC to ensure compliance and impact
  • Oversee and manage agency partners and vendors to complete projects within approved budget and time frames


BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's Required
  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant work experience; Advanced degree may be substituted for some experience
  • Strong project management skills with ability to flex and prioritize based on business needs
  • Strong business acumen and strategic skills required to analyze data and develop tactics based on insights
  • Experience with the management of external agencies as well as project budgets and timelines
  • Excellent oral, written and presentation skills


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Oncology experience preferred
  • Prior biopharma experience preferred
  • Strong leadership and ability to influence without authority across functional stakeholders to set direction, align work efforts, and ensure outstanding execution
  • Ability to establish and strengthen relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.

  • Expected to attend certain congresses and peer to peer programming events, per business needs

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $117,300.00 to $195,500.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer's Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 17.5% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
