Description

Natech Banking Solutions is a leading European fintech company with nearly 20 years of experience in developing advanced banking systems for major financial institutions. Our comprehensive product suite includes core banking systems and digital engagement tools, enabling financial institutions to deliver exceptional service. In partnership with Piraeus Bank, we are also developing Snappi, Greece’s first digital-only bank. That's where you come in. 

We are seeking a dedicated Configuration Specialist who will play a key role in analyzing requirements, configuring core banking and digital applications, and ensuring solutions are aligned with both business and technical needs. This position involves close collaboration with internal stakeholders, production support, and occasionally third-party vendors to deliver robust, customer-centric financial technology solutions. 
Your Responsibilities will include: 

  • Analyze and interpret business, regulatory, and technical requirements for digital banking solutions and core system enhancements. 
  • Configure application components, calculation rules, workflows, and platform settings within Natech’s owned and supported environments. 
  • Participate in configuration design workshops, collaborating with product, technology, and operations teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. 
  • Oversee system administration tasks to ensure high availability, scalability, reliability, and performance of digital platforms. 
  • Execute configuration tasks, including the setup of new products, features, and user permissions, following established standards and best practices. 
  • Prepare and maintain documentation, including configuration records, run books, and process manuals, ensuring knowledge is shared across teams. 
  • Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives in configuration and related processes. 
  • Support integration of new releases, updates, and platform enhancements, working with developers, QA, and other internal teams. 
  • Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. 
Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). 
  • Proven experience in configuration, systems analysis, or technical business analysis—preferably within banking or fintech environments. 
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills. 
  • Working knowledge of relational databases e.g., familiarity with SQL, is a plus. 
  • Advanced understanding of Microsoft Excel (functions, pivot tables, formulas). 
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to document processes and write clear reports. 
  • Experience in configuring business platforms, workflow components, or reporting systems  
  • Ability to work collaboratively across functions and respond to evolving business requirements in an agile environment.
