Kinetic Events Staffing is in search of Conference Staff for an event in Nashville happening from Monday, July 13th, 2026 to Wednesday, July 15th, 2026

Job Description
- This event will be held at the Music City Center (201 Rep. John Lewis Way S, Nashville, TN 37203)
- Job duties include registration, attendee engagement, directional support, session access, and general event operations
- Pay Rate is $23/hr. We pay weekly via direct deposit!
- Staff must wear a black collared shirt and black slacks with black comfortable shoes.
Shift Details
- Monday, July 13th
- Shifts fall between 7:15 AM and 6:45 PM (shifts are 4.75 to 7 hours long)
- Tuesday, July 14th
- Shifts fall between 7:15 AM and 9:00 PM (shifts are 4 to 7 hours long)
- Wednesday, July 15th
- Shifts fall between 7:15 AM and 9:00 PM (shifts are 4 to 7 hours long)
Please note: Staff are required to have complete availability to be considered for this role.
Job Requirements
- Must have a considerable background in front-facing customer service roles.
- Ability to stand and walk for the duration of a standard shift (typically 4-12 hours), except during designated rest breaks and meal periods.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
- Must be punctual and reliable for all scheduled shifts.
- Must have proficiency in English with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional demeanor, appearance, and actions while on the job.
- Limited phone use during shifts.
- Must adhere to all legal regulations and company policies set by Kinetic Events Staffing.
Ideal Candidates
- Previous event or hospitality experience is preferred.
- Flexible and adaptable as job duties and schedules may change based on client needs.
- Tech-savvy and willing to learn new tasks and skills.
Note: Travel and lodging reimbursements will not be provided for this role.
