Job Description:
- The resource shall provide FICO Debt Manager configuration support to resolve defects identified.
- Defect resolution includes Debt Manager core functionality, configuration, workflow, ETL, letters/forms and peripheral systems.
- Computer experience working independently or under general direction on complex application problems involving all phases of systems analysis.
- Experience with FICO Debt Manager configuration.
- Experience integrating FICO Debt Manager with multiple peripheral systems including IVR, IPD, debt referral, debt adjustment, payment processing and document management systems.
- A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or other related scientific or technical discipline or three (3) years of equivalent experience in a related field.
