Our Customer Support team plays a critical role in ensuring ASML machines perform flawlessly at customer sites. We analyze and consolidate issues; ranging from design and supplier challenges to logistics and technical problems. With this data we drive solutions across ASML. By tracking disturbances, communicating with internal teams and customers, and improving processes, we help maintain operational excellence. For new machines, manual data handling and reporting are still common, and we aim to change that. Join us to help automate workflows and create smart dashboards that make a real impact.
