Job Responsibilities:
- Design scalable and robust software architectures for ADAS ECUs.
- Optimize SoC/MPU resource allocation and manage integration component.
- Define AUTOSAR-based architectures (Classic & Adaptive) and optimize services.
- Integrate safety (ISO 26262) and cybersecurity (ISO 21434) mechanisms.
- Translate customer requirements into software specifications and module designs.
- Ensure ASPICE compliance and support CI/CD-based build and test environments.
- Collaborate with hardware and system teams to define interfaces and resolve dependencies.
- Conduct feasibility studies and technical risk assessments to maintain quality standards.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in automotive embedded software with hands-on ECU architecture design (preferably ADAS/domain controllers), including modular and layered architectures.
- Strong proficiency in Classic and/or Adaptive AUTOSAR, including MCAL, ECU abstraction, services, RTE, OS, and communication stack, with experience in configuration and integration.
- Experience in SoC/MPU-based resource optimization (CPU, memory, bandwidth, latency) and integration across software components, middleware, and drivers.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience integrating safety (ISO 26262) and cybersecurity (ISO 21434) principles into system architecture.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated build/test environments for quality assurance and traceability.
- Strong collaboration with hardware/BSW teams to address HW–SW integration and low-level constraints.
- Proven ability in feasibility analysis, technical risk assessment, and trade-off decision-making across project lifecycle.
Language Requirements:
- Japanese/English both Advanced Business Level (Able to handle meetings independently, presentations, and discussions with clients and internal stakeholders).
Skills Required
