As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a hardworking, dependable individual to join our Components Sales Department as a Components Data Entry Specialist.
$18–$20/hour
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Components Sales team with material take-offs for customer orders.
- Assist with raw material take-offs to help determine the materials needed for component orders.
- Review and organize sold orders to ensure they are properly prepared for production.
- Distribute sold orders to the appropriate production team members.
- Work closely with the Components Sales team to help keep orders organized and moving efficiently.
- Provide general support to the Components Sales team as needed.
- Help ensure information is accurate and complete throughout the ordering process.
Qualifications:
- Ability to work independently and stay organized.
- Exemplary customer service and telephone skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and coworkers.
- Blueprint or architectural reading experience preferred.
- Experience in the metal building industry is a plus.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to learn company software and systems.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
