Compliance Specialist

Location: Westborough, MA - Spectrum's Corporate Offices

Schedule: Full-Time, in-person. Some local travel throughout Massachusetts may be required. 

Pay Rate: $28.00-$32.00/hour

The Compliance Specialist:

• Supports compliance and regulatory activities by collecting, analyzing, and tracking data across all Spectrum programs.
• Monitors incidents, grievances, licensing, accreditation, contractual, and regulatory requirements, and assisting with licensure and accreditation applications.
• Prepares reports and presentations, maintains compliance data and systems, and supports organizational safety and compliance initiatives.
• Collaborates with departments across the organization and must demonstrate strong technical skills, professionalism, integrity, discretion, and confidentiality.
   

Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree in human services, Social Work, or Public Health.
• Proficient in use of Microsoft Suite including Excel, Forms, Word and Sharepoint; Knowledge of Power BI, Power Automate, and other software is preferred.
• Experience in data collection and data management; ideally developing succinct benchmark and findings reports.       
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with all levels of personnel.
• Experience working in Behavioral Health Settings preferred.
