Pay Rate: $28.00-$32.00/hour

The Compliance Specialist:
- Supports compliance and regulatory activities by collecting, analyzing, and tracking data across all Spectrum programs.
- Monitors incidents, grievances, licensing, accreditation, contractual, and regulatory requirements, and assisting with licensure and accreditation applications.
- Prepares reports and presentations, maintains compliance data and systems, and supports organizational safety and compliance initiatives.
- Collaborates with departments across the organization and must demonstrate strong technical skills, professionalism, integrity, discretion, and confidentiality.
Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree in human services, Social Work, or Public Health.
- Proficient in use of Microsoft Suite including Excel, Forms, Word and Sharepoint; Knowledge of Power BI, Power Automate, and other software is preferred.
- Experience in data collection and data management; ideally developing succinct benchmark and findings reports.
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with all levels of personnel.
- Experience working in Behavioral Health Settings preferred.
Skills Required
- Associate's degree in Human Services, Social Work, or Public Health
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Forms, and Microsoft Word
- Proficiency with Microsoft SharePoint
- Experience in data collection and data management, including developing benchmark and findings reports
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
