IQVIA Greece is currently looking for a Compliance and SOP Generalist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have solid experience in regulatory compliance management and the development and implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs). This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong sense of integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and ensure compliance with local, national, and international regulations.
Develop, update, and implement SOPs for various company departments.
Conduct internal audits to verify adherence to SOPs and regulations.
Provide training and support to employees on compliance practices and SOPs.
Collaborate with legal and risk management teams to identify and mitigate compliance risks.
Prepare detailed reports on compliance activities and audits.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Law, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
Between 3 and 5 years of experience in a similar role.
In-depth knowledge of industry regulations and best compliance practices.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
