About the Role

Our business is growing quickly, with leading healthcare companies as customers. With this growth, we’re looking for a Compliance Operations Specialist to help new healthcare groups get setup compliantly and scale with our product and operations. Some of these responsibilities would include:

What You’ll Own

  • Leading cross-functional projects that are the company’s top priority. You’ll be working closely with leadership.

  • Driving complex operations projects, including helping new healthcare groups get properly organized in all 50 states.

  • Managing the filing of critical documents to support the expansion of client operations in the US.

  • Serving as the primary point of contact for correspondence with US government agencies.

  • Conducting independent research and problem-solving to navigate complex government processes effectively.

  • Systemizing workflows by documenting processes and ensuring they are clear and repeatable.

  • Upholding high-quality standards by maintaining a meticulous and detail-oriented approach to all tasks.

About You

Core Experience

  • Experience in compliance, regulatory affairs, operations, project management, or similar roles is a plus.

  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills.

  • Operationally excellent, with a high daily output and precision in execution.

  • Strong attention to detail and track record for getting the details right.
