Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Compliance Officer (m/f/d) to support and strengthen compliance, governance, and regulatory activities across the organization. In this role, you will ensure adherence to local, EU, and international regulations while supporting the implementation of internal compliance frameworks, ethical standards, and corporate policies.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders, external authorities, and third-party partners on a broad range of compliance topics including GDPR, trade compliance, anti-corruption, whistleblower protection, sustainability initiatives, and governance processes.


Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update the regulatory register, ensuring compliance with applicable local, EU, and international standards and regulations
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of the Organizational, Management and Control Model pursuant to Modello 231, including risk assessments, internal controls, training activities, and coordination with the Organismo di Vigilanza
  • Monitor trade compliance regulations, sanctions, and embargoes, including third-party due diligence and screening activities
  • Support GDPR compliance through implementation and maintenance of data protection policies and procedures
  • Develop, deliver, and maintain compliance training and awareness initiatives across the organization
  • Implement and monitor anti-corruption policies and maintain the company gift register
  • Oversee whistleblower protection processes in accordance with applicable regulations and internal requirements
  • Develop, review, and implement internal compliance policies and procedures
  • Support ESG and sustainability initiatives, including reporting activities and Società Benefit implementation
  • Manage relationships with internal stakeholders, suppliers, customers, and external authorities regarding compliance matters

Key Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Professional certifications in compliance or related disciplines are considered an advantage
  • Experience within compliance, regulatory affairs, governance, or related areas
  • Strong understanding of EU regulations, GDPR, trade compliance, sanctions, and anti-corruption frameworks
  • Familiarity with third-party due diligence, screening tools, and report management
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to manage confidential information with integrity and professionalism
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across functions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken

The remuneration package includes a gross annual salary ranging from €38,000 to €43,000, with the final offer determined based on qualifications, experience, and internal salary policies.
