HitPay is backed by Tiger Global, Global Founders Capital, Y Combinator, HOF Capital, and angel investors. We're expanding rapidly and are looking for a talented Compliance Intern to join us.

• Support customer due diligence (CDD) and periodic review processes in line with AML/CFT requirements.

• Support data quality assurance and cleanup of legacy information.

• Work with other departments to gather information and ensure compliance-related actions are implemented effectively.

• Contribute to the rollout of internal AML controls and ongoing monitoring measures.

• Assist with the preparation of compliance reports and documentation.

• To provide support and complete any other tasks assigned by the Head of Compliance and/or Reporting Manager

• 3 month contract position

• Able to work independently and cross-functionally with different teams.

• Detail-oriented with strong organisational and documentation skills, with the ability to handle confidential information.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.

• Comfortable working with data and internal tools (e.g., dashboards, spreadsheets).

• Interest in compliance, fintech, or the payments industry.

• Prior experience or coursework in compliance, risk, or data handling is a bonus, but not required.
