Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and operational runbooks in SharePoint.
- Consolidate monthly SLA and KPI reports across O&M functions for submission to MD THINK PMO.
- Track and maintain audit evidence repositories (security patches, DR tests, ORCs, RCA summaries).
- Support security audits and compliance reviews under the direction of the Security Engineer.
- Prepare and distribute meeting minutes, risk logs, and CSI tracker updates from governance sessions.
- Manage document version control, review schedules, and sign-off workflows.
- Ensure all operational deliverables (maintenance logs, reports, ORCs) adhere to 45 CFR 95.617 documentation standards.
- Support quarterly Continuous Service Improvement (CSI) reviews by collating trend analysis and lessons learned.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- 4–6 years of experience in IT documentation, compliance coordination, or project reporting.
- Excellent proficiency with Microsoft 365 Suite (Excel, SharePoint, Power BI, Word, Teams).
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail in document control.
- Experience in ITIL-aligned service delivery or audit environments.
- ITIL v4 Foundation or ISO 27001 Internal Auditor certification (preferred).
- Familiarity with FedRAMP, MARS-E2, or other public-sector compliance frameworks.
- Ability to produce executive-level reporting visuals using Power BI or Excel Pivot Dashboards.
