Responsibilities
- Ensure organizational compliance with donor regulations, contractual requirements, and internal policies.
- Conduct regular compliance reviews, risk assessments, and internal audits.
- Support the development, implementation, and monitoring of compliance frameworks and internal control systems.
- Investigate compliance incidents and recommend timely, effective corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date compliance documentation and records.
- Provide guidance and training to staff on compliance, ethics, safeguarding, and anti-fraud standards.
- Collaborate with program and finance teams to ensure compliance during project implementation.
- Support external audits and monitoring missions, including preparation and follow-up.
- Advise management on legal, regulatory, and compliance-related matters.
