We are currently looking for a Compliance Associate to support our compliance and regulatory activities.

 
Responsibilities 

  • Lead the end-to-end onboarding process of new payment providers, including due diligence, compliance checks, and contract negotiations. 
  • Ensure third-party payment partners comply with regulatory, legal, and operational requirements across multiple jurisdictions. 
  • Act as the primary point of contact for payment providers, fostering transparent, long-term, and collaborative relationships. 
  • Monitor and manage ongoing provider performance to ensure service quality and compliance with agreed standards. 
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Legal, Payments, BI) to align provider capabilities with business objectives. 
  • Gain exposure to international regulatory environments by assisting with licensing processes across multiple iGaming authorities, supporting timely submissions and ensuring full compliance with jurisdictional requirements. 
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with payment partners through robust compliance and risk management frameworks. 
  • Streamline workflows and improve onboarding processes to enhance efficiency and reduce operational bottlenecks. 
  • Stay updated on regulatory developments and industry best practices to ensure continuous compliance and competitive positioning. 
  • Support audits, reporting, and documentation related to payment providers and third-party management. 

 

Requirements 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Law or a related field. 
  • 2–3 years of experience in compliance, payments, or financial services – experience within the iGaming industry will be considered a strong plus. 
  • Familiarity with European and international regulatory environments. 
  • Problem-solving mindset with a risk-based approach. 
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks (e.g., AML, KYC, GDPR or equivalent). 
  • Ability to manage relationships with third-party partners in an international environment. 
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
