Lombard Odier Investment Managers (“LOIM”) is the asset management business of the Lombard Odier Group.  In order to strengthen our Compliance Team, we are looking for a Luxembourg based:

Compliance Associate

YOUR ROLE

  • Act as a key point of contact for compliance and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) matters within the organization.
  • Support the implementation and ongoing enhancement of the compliance monitoring program, ensuring alignment with Luxembourg regulatory requirements (CSSF, AML/CFT, MiFID II, UCITS, AIFMD, etc.).
  • Coordinate the migration of manual Compliance and AML processes (e.g., Excel-based) into automated Alteryx workflows and Tableau dashboards, driving digital transformation within the team.
  • Collaborate with IT, business units, and other Compliance/AML team members to design and implement data-driven solutions that support decision-making and business tracking.
  • Conduct compliance risk assessments, gap analyses, and thematic reviews.
  • Monitor regulatory developments and assess their impact on business activities; ensure timely communication and implementation of new requirements.
  • Draft, review, and update compliance policies, procedures, and internal controls.
  • Support and coordinate regulatory reporting, internal/external audits, and respond to regulatory inquiries.

YOUR PROFILE

  • University degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; additional compliance certifications (e.g., CAMS, ICA, or equivalent) are a strong asset.
  • Relevant experience (up to 3 years) in a compliance, AML, or risk management role within the asset management or financial services industry, ideally in Luxembourg.
  • Knowledge of Luxembourg and EU regulatory frameworks (CSSF, AML/CFT, MiFID II, UCITS, AIFMD, FATCA/CRS, etc.).
  • Experience with Business Intelligence platforms (Tableau, Alteryx) and a strong interest in process automation and data analytics.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to work collaboratively across functions and with senior stakeholders.
  • High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of French, German, or another European language is an advantage.
