What You’ll Bring

  • Experience in compliance, legal support, or regulatory affairs preferred; background within professional services or a heavily regulated industry (e.g., accounting, law, engineering, aviation, banking) strongly desired.
  • Multi-state compliance experience is highly valued.
  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred, or equivalent relevant experience (e.g., paralegal or compliance-focused role).
  • Demonstrated ability to create and manage structured compliance tracking systems and workflows.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
  • Clear and professional communication skills for interacting with regulators and internal stakeholders.
