This role partners closely with senior leaders and People teams to provide data-driven guidance on pay decisions, ensuring alignment with market benchmarks and internal frameworks.

You’ll play a key role in delivering the annual compensation cycle, advising on complex compensation topics, and helping to evolve our approach as the organization grows.

  • Deliver clear, high-quality reward analytics and insights to senior stakeholders, with a focus on compensation, market data, and emerging trends
  • Conduct market benchmarking using industry-standard sources and translate insights into practical recommendations
  • Maintain and refine salary ranges, pay structures, and compensation guidelines
  • Analyze internal pay data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities related to equity and competitiveness
  • Provide clear, data-backed insights to stakeholders to support decision-making
  • Contribute to the development and documentation of compensation policies and processes
  • Support governance and ensure compensation practices are consistent and compliant

About you

  • Experience in compensation, ideally within the technology or software industry
  • Strong familiarity with compensation benchmarking tools and datasets (e.g., Radford, Mercer, WTW or similar)
  • Hands-on experience supporting or leading an end-to-end annual compensation cycle
  • Proven experience working with and influencing senior stakeholders on compensation-related topics
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate across all areas of the business. Ability to communicate complex compensation concepts in a clear and practical way
  • Proactive and enthusiastic, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to use initiative
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable recommendations
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Nice to Have

  • Experience with equity or long-term incentive programs
