The Role

Summary:
A Compensation & Benefits Assistant helps manage employee compensation programs, including salary, bonuses, and benefits offerings.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with administering employee benefits (health, dental, retirement plans).
  • Support compensation surveys and benchmarking.
  • Maintain compensation and benefits records for employees.
  • Provide employees with information regarding benefits and payroll deductions.
  • Process changes to compensation and benefits as required.
  • Prepare reports and assist in analyzing compensation data.
