A Compensation & Benefits Assistant helps manage employee compensation programs, including salary, bonuses, and benefits offerings.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with administering employee benefits (health, dental, retirement plans).
- Support compensation surveys and benchmarking.
- Maintain compensation and benefits records for employees.
- Provide employees with information regarding benefits and payroll deductions.
- Process changes to compensation and benefits as required.
- Prepare reports and assist in analyzing compensation data.
