Compensation and Benefits Specialist (9-month contract)
Part of our Human Resources department, our ‘Compensation, Benefits and Mobility’ team designs and manages employee remuneration, benefits, and mobility services for our whole Group. They ensure pay fairness and provide relocation support aligned with market standards and regulations in order to attract and retain talents.
YOUR ROLE
- Support the Head of Compensation & Benefits with compensation matters including but not limited to the annual pay review for allocated business units;
- Participate in the compensation surveys as part of the annual external benchmarking;
- Responsible for the updating and maintenance of compensation related data;
- Effectively partner with HR and Business clients to manage, consult, and resolve compensation issues;
- Provide support on the Group’s Long Term Incentive plans, and on its compensation policies, processes, and guidelines;
- Provide first-level compensation support to HR Business Partners and line managers by explaining core compensation concepts and applying them on incoming queries;
- Participate in Equal Pay initiatives, including pay gap analysis and corrective actions;
- Search for improvements in data flows, automation of current processes;
- Maintain the Group’s current job architecture framework and content and ensure adequacy with our systems;
- Collaborate with HR Finance teams for accurate booking of bonuses and deferred awards;
- Coordinate with Payroll Teams for accurate reporting and timely payment of bonuses and deferred awards.
YOUR PROFILE
- Bachelor or Master degree, preferred area of study: Finance, Business Administration, Economics, HR;
- 5+ years relevant working experience, preferably in a Big Four in a Reward/Payroll position;
- Knowledge of Asset Management is a plus;
- Excellent MS Office, in particular Excel;
- Highly detail oriented while capable to view processes end-to-end and identify improvement opportunities;
- Experience of using Workday an advantage but not essential;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Strong analytical skills; ability to interpret and apply market data and trends;
- Demonstrates clear and sound judgment on transformation of data and absolute discretion working with sensitive data;
- Excellent problem solving skills in constructive/realizable solutions;
- Languages: French and English (both written and spoken);
- Resident in Switzerland or willingness to relocate.
