Freese and Nichols is seeking a Compensation Analyst to join our Compensation & Benefits team in Fort Worth, TX. As Compensation Analyst, you will be responsible for enhancing our compensation programs, ensuring they are competitive, equitable, and aligned with business objectives. This role will involve analyzing market data, managing salary structures, and collaborating with HR and business leaders to implement compensation best practices.

  • Develop and manage the delivery of employee compensation structures and programs.
  • Contribute to the design and delivery of employee incentive programs.
  • Manage annual compensation planning, including merit increases, promotions, and adjustments.
  • Manage compensation-related data, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Contribute to the design and delivery of job analysis and job evaluation methods and processes including job architecture and salary structures.
  • Provide compensation information, advice, support, and guidance to the team regarding complex issues and situations across the company.
  • Collect external compensation data such as: conducting market research and salary benchmarking, analyzing compensation data and trends, and participating in multiple compensation surveys.
  • Assist in the development, implementation, and administration of compensation policies and guidelines.
  • Partner with HR and business leaders to provide compensation recommendations for new hires, promotions, and adjustments.
  • Ensure compliance with internal guidelines and external regulations.
  • Develop tools and models for evaluating compensation data.
  • Prepare reports and metrics to support data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Human Resources, Business, or other related field
  • 2+ years’ experience in compensation analysis or a related field
  • A strong understanding of compensation structures, incentive programs, and compliance regulations
  • Experience with industry-standard compensation tools and HR systems

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with advanced compensation systems
  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation
