What You'll Do:
In this role, you'll be at the intersection of data, strategy, and people. You will;
Educate and advise colleagues across the business and HR on job evaluation, market pricing, and our innovative pay-for-performance philosophy
Drive equitable compensation through job matching and market pricing analysis, applying rigorous job evaluation techniques to establish fair compensation rates using both internal and external data
Analyze incentive plans with guidance, evaluating new and existing programs to ensure they align with business objectives
Conduct market research and provide actionable insights to HR and business leaders on compensation trends and competitive positioning
Work on annual salary planning by coordinating and guiding our annual salary review process across the organization
Support strategic initiatives by participating in compensation projects and delivering data-driven reports and analysis
Ensure data integrity by managing compensation decision processes and communicating decisions clearly to HR and employees
Build strong partnerships across a geographically distributed workforce, fostering collaboration and maintaining a results-oriented team environment
What We're Looking For:
Experience & Background:
Strong analytical background with experience in Compensation, Total Rewards, Human Resources, Finance, or related functions
Proven experience working in global, matrix environments
Track record supporting geographically distributed teams and HR Business Communities
Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical devices industry is a plus
Skills & Abilities:
Advanced Excel and data management capabilities
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable recommendations
Excellent communication skills—you can explain complex compensation concepts to diverse audiences
Global knowledge or international experience is a plus
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related analytical field
