Responsibilities:
Support the day-to-day operations of compensation programs, ensuring competitiveness and alignment with strategic goals.
Provide analytical support for compensation initiatives and projects.
Help maintain existing compensation policies and guidelines.
Conduct routine audits on pay and bonuses to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Partner with HR teams to evaluate job descriptions, market pricing, and internal leveling.
Analyze market data to assess competitiveness of base and total cash compensation.
Provide support during compensation reviews.
Prepare and maintain compensation-related reports and documentation.
Participate in compensation surveys.
Qualifications You Must Have:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
0-2 years of experience in compensation analysis or a related role.
Relevant experience can be considered as a substitute for the required educational qualifications. In the absence of a degree, a minimum of 4 years of related experience is required.
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Basic understanding or exposure to data analytics, finance, or another quantitative or analytical role in HR or business management.
Working knowledge of Excel (formulas, pivot tables, lookups) with a willingness to build advanced skills.
Strong communication skills.
Qualifications We Prefer:
Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or currently working towards or interested in obtaining
Familiarity with HRIS systems such as Workday.
Knowledge of federal and state labor laws and regulations.
Familiarity with SQL or related query languages.
Service Contract Act (SCA) knowledge and application.
Essential Functions:
Ability to work in an office or hybrid environment.
Ability to work on a computer for extended periods.
Strong hand/finger dexterity for computer tasks.
May require occasional travel for training or meetings.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
