- Conduct comprehensive Compass testing for web and mobile applications, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
- Develop and execute test cases, both manually and through automation, to identify and report bugs and issues.
- Perform API testing to validate the integration and functionality of web services.
- Implement and maintain automation frameworks using C# to streamline the testing process.
- Execute regression, smoke, sanity, and end-to-end testing to ensure the stability and reliability of the applications.
- Conduct database testing to verify data integrity and consistency.
- Provide mobile testing expertise, ensuring the applications perform optimally across various devices and platforms.
- Offer deployment support, ensuring a smooth and error-free release process.
- Collaborate with the development team to understand requirements and provide constructive feedback.
- Stay updated with the latest testing methodologies and industry best practices.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in Compass testing is mandatory.
- Proficiency in manual and automation testing across web and mobile applications is essential.
- Strong knowledge of API testing and experience with C# automation is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with team members.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment is highly desirable.
- A problem-solving mindset and the ability to think critically to identify and resolve complex issues.
- Familiarity with database testing and understanding of data integrity concepts.
- Knowledge of mobile testing best practices and experience with various mobile platforms.
- A proactive and self-motivated approach to work, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is advantageous.
