Join Hostinger, and we’ll grow fast! 🚀
We’re shaping the future of online success — powered by AI and driven by people. With 900+ talented professionals and over 4 million clients in 150 countries, we help creators and entrepreneurs bring their ideas to life faster and easier than ever before.
Our mission: To provide tools that help individuals and small businesses succeed online faster and easier.
Our culture: Guided by 10 company principles
Our formula for success: Customer obsession, innovative products, and talented teams.
You'll join Hostinger's Automation team and own the mission of eliminating repetitive manual work — across every team in the company: People, Finance, Marketing, Legal, Customer Success, Engineering, and more.
This is a high-impact, cross-functional role. You won't be buried in one team's backlog. You'll move across Hostinger — talking to stakeholders, mapping how work actually gets done, and turning the most painful manual processes into reliable, scalable automations.
Teams will come to you with recurring problems and no idea where to start. Your job: run discovery, ask the right questions, prioritise by impact, and build (or help others build) the right solution.
Our automation stack
n8n — primary workflow automation platform, used company-wide
HUB — internal systems and integrations connecting our tools and data
Slack automations — custom workflows, bots, and integrations
Vendor integrations — connecting third-party platforms to Hostinger's ecosystem
Access & permissions automation — streamlining how people gain and lose system access
Onboarding automation — smoother first days for every new joiner
AI agents — including DEX (our internal Slack AI) and other LLM-powered workflows
Enabling non-technical teams — coaching people to own and build their own automations
Want to learn more about the team? Reach out to Virginija Jonušaitė (Automation Team Lead) or Asta Dagienė (Head of Delivery).
What you'll do day-to-day
Discover & prioritise. Run structured discovery sessions across teams — map manual workflows, understand the pain, and build a backlog ranked by hours saved vs. effort.
Communicate & align. Be the bridge between business needs and technical solutions. Keep non-engineering stakeholders informed and on the same page.
Build & maintain automations across n8n, Slack, HUB, and vendor integrations — from quick wins to production-grade workflows.
Enable non-technical teams to build and own their automations through coaching, templates, and the right tooling.
Audit existing automations — find what's active, broken, undocumented, or ready to retire.
Contribute to AI & LLM-powered workflows as part of our broader automation strategy.
Keep systems reliable, scalable, and documented — no single points of failure.
