Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and implementing community strategies and financing plans in coordination with senior staff.
- Support the establishment, monitoring, and reporting on the performance of CQITs, CDAs, and other community structures.
- Contribute to initiatives addressing community-level challenges such as stigma, gender-based violence (GBV), and access to care.
- Facilitate communication and coordination between the organization and local government or community stakeholders.
- Help document community priorities and support their integration into program planning and implementation.
- Assist in organizing and tracking resource mobilization activities from local government, small enterprises, and individual donors.
- Support data collection, monitoring, and reporting for community programs using established tools and systems.
