Job Description

Overview:

Wendell Falls and Ponder, two master-planned communities in Wendell, NC, need an enthusiastic full-time Community Representative to join our team. The position will share the vision and story of our new home communities to customers visiting the Welcome Center.


This role requires availability for at least two Saturdays and two Sundays per month, with an average of 40 hours per week.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand and support the execution of community brand at all touch points— The Welcome Center, at model homes, at amenities and throughout the community.
  • Guide the Welcome Center guest experience in person and online to ensure the consumers’ wants and needs are met.
  • Effectively register guests, capture guest information and nurture leads through Salesforce (training provided).
  • Assist in checking website content weekly to ensure all content on PonderNC.com and WendellFalls.com is accurate and current, including community events, blogs, photography, school information, community and area information, builder and home information, website links, etc. Makes updates in SiteCore and Tochi as needed (training provided).
  • Manage sales and traffic data entry and reporting and communicate weekly trends to team.
  • Coordinate with builder sales agents to gather important customer information and maintain valuable relationships.
  • Provide administrative and marketing support through the preparation of communications and promotional materials, social media content creation and posting, and assistance to marketing leadership with day-to-day operations.
  • Support on and offsite community events, grand openings, and other special promotions as needed. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to; helping with vendor organization, ordering and preparing give-away items, overseeing guest registration, taking photographs, cleanup, etc.
  • Contribute to the real estate agent outreach program by contacting agents to inform them about Wendell Falls and our program. Assist and participate in agent events when needed on and off site, and coordinate real estate office drops.


What You'll Bring:

  • 1-2 years’ customer service experience in high-end resort, real estate or retail environment delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Warm and welcoming, good energy level, and excellent customer service skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a detail-oriented environment.
  • Working knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office Suite, Internet-based applications, and CRM experience helpful, as is the ability to learn new software.
  • College diploma or degree, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
  • Real estate experience is a plus, though licensed candidates actively practicing will not be considered.
  • Having social media and/or event management experience can be beneficial, but it is not required.
