About the Role:
As an Entry-Level Community Relations Manager at Invictus, you will play a vital role in supporting community engagement, building brand awareness, and ensuring the success of our events. You will collaborate with various teams to foster relationships with local communities, stakeholders, clients, and partners, all while helping execute memorable, impactful events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Community Engagement: Establish and maintain strong relationships with local organizations, communities, and influencers to foster collaboration and support for our events and initiatives.
- Event Promotion: Actively promote Invictus’s events and campaigns to increase local participation, brand awareness, and community involvement.
- Event Execution: Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of community-focused events that leave a lasting impact on attendees and partners.
- Liaison Role: Serve as the primary liaison between Invictus and community partners, nurturing long-term, meaningful relationships to benefit the foundation’s objectives.
- Feedback Collection: Engage with event attendees, collect feedback, and ensure satisfaction to help drive continuous improvement for future events.
- Metrics & Reporting: Track community engagement, event success, and key performance metrics, ensuring that goals are met and exceeded.
- Team Collaboration: Provide regular updates and reports to the team, identifying successes and areas for improvement to optimize future community outreach and event strategies.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent Communication: Ability to interact professionally with diverse community members, stakeholders, and clients.
- Attention to Detail: Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Positive Attitude & Teamwork: A collaborative spirit with a can-do attitude that supports the success of team-driven initiatives.
- Relevant Education or Experience: A degree in Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field is preferred. However, we also value candidates with the right attitude and a passion for community relations and event management.
