The Role

If you’re an enthusiastic and motivated individual passionate about community engagement, we want you to join our team as a Community Relations Manager. In this role, you’ll help drive our community outreach efforts and make a lasting difference in the lives of those we serve.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Community Engagement Strategies: Assist in planning, developing, and executing community outreach programs and fundraising events.
  • Build Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with community partners, sponsors, and key stakeholders to ensure long-term collaboration.
  • Event Promotion: Promote and market fundraising events across various digital and physical platforms to maximize attendance and community support.
  • Community Representation: Represent the company at local community meetings, events, and activities, enhancing brand visibility and strengthening community ties.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with the event planning team to ensure smooth execution and successful outcomes for each event.
  • Monitor and Report: Track the success of community engagement efforts and provide detailed reports to leadership on the impact and outcomes of each initiative.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Provide top-tier support to event partners and participants, ensuring positive experiences and effective communication.

Qualifications:

  • Strong Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities with a knack for engaging and maintaining relationships with diverse groups.
  • Passion for Community Outreach: A genuine desire to make a positive difference and create social impact through your work.
  • Team Collaboration: Ability to work efficiently in a team environment, contributing ideas and supporting others to achieve shared goals.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong time management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience: Prior experience in event planning, community relations, or a similar field is a plus.
  • Eligibility: Must be authorized to work in the United States.
