Key Responsibilities:
- Community Engagement Strategies: Assist in planning, developing, and executing community outreach programs and fundraising events.
- Build Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with community partners, sponsors, and key stakeholders to ensure long-term collaboration.
- Event Promotion: Promote and market fundraising events across various digital and physical platforms to maximize attendance and community support.
- Community Representation: Represent the company at local community meetings, events, and activities, enhancing brand visibility and strengthening community ties.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with the event planning team to ensure smooth execution and successful outcomes for each event.
- Monitor and Report: Track the success of community engagement efforts and provide detailed reports to leadership on the impact and outcomes of each initiative.
- Customer Service Excellence: Provide top-tier support to event partners and participants, ensuring positive experiences and effective communication.
Qualifications:
- Strong Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities with a knack for engaging and maintaining relationships with diverse groups.
- Passion for Community Outreach: A genuine desire to make a positive difference and create social impact through your work.
- Team Collaboration: Ability to work efficiently in a team environment, contributing ideas and supporting others to achieve shared goals.
- Organizational Skills: Strong time management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Experience: Prior experience in event planning, community relations, or a similar field is a plus.
- Eligibility: Must be authorized to work in the United States.
