Position Overview:
As a Community Outreach and Fundraising Assistant, you will support the development and execution of community outreach initiatives and fundraising campaigns. You will work closely with the team to engage local communities, build relationships with stakeholders, and help drive successful fundraising efforts for our clients. This role offers valuable hands-on experience in both community outreach and fundraising strategies.
Key Responsibilities:

Community Engagement: Assist in building and maintaining relationships with community organizations, local leaders, and stakeholders to support outreach efforts.

Fundraising Campaign Support: Help coordinate fundraising campaigns, including event planning, donor outreach, and campaign communications.

Research and Analysis: Conduct research on potential community partners, local influencers, and fundraising opportunities to help drive engagement.

Event Support: Assist in planning and executing community outreach events and fundraising activities to engage the public and drive participation.

Donor Relations: Support the team in managing donor communications and ensuring that donors receive timely updates and acknowledgment for their contributions.

Campaign Tracking: Help track the progress of fundraising campaigns and provide updates to ensure goals are met.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field (preferred).

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Passion for community outreach and helping others through fundraising initiatives.

Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate well with different stakeholders.

Prior experience in fundraising, event planning, or community outreach is a plus but not required.
