Privately held and headquartered in Florida, our passionate changemaker team is looking for a Community Outreach Ambassador- Patient Awareness Campaign to join our team. We are looking for a reliable, energetic individual to join our team and help distribute flyers in high-traffic areas.

Reporting to the Clinical Operations Manager, you will:
- • Engage directly with the public in high-traffic areas to promote healthcare services, events, or partnerships by distributing flyers and informational materials.
- Observe foot traffic trends and report on flyer distribution outcomes to support data-driven decisions for outreach strategies.
- Provide daily or weekly activity summaries (e.g., locations covered, approximate reach, engagement notes) to track performance and optimize future routes.
- Monitor public response and engagement patterns, helping identify high-performing locations and times for outreach efforts.
- Support marketing and outreach campaigns by distributing branded materials that align with organizational messaging and target demographics.
- Maintain accurate logs of distributed materials and locations, ensuring alignment with outreach goals and CRM tracking needs.
- Communicate field insights and local observations to marketing and operations teams to improve targeting and material relevance.
- Coordinate with operations or logistics staff to ensure timely resupply of flyers, uniforms, or signage, especially during campaign surges.
- 4 hours a day, flexible hours, weekdays, and/or weekends.
- Bachelors’ degree (finished or in progress)
- Minimum of 1+ years of experience in a related role,
- Exceptional relationship-building skills,
- It is preferable to have an additional language,
- Oral and written communication skills,
- Must be living in PA, NY, MA, or NJ.

- Passion for staying updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in digital marketing and analytics.
