- Convert users into social game participants
- Keep the game room slots active and fun
- Prioritize users who are on-cam and engaged
- Manage the vibe: drop lucky gifts, play social games, and kick inactive users (off-cam or not gifting)
- Be the go-to support: answer questions about top-ups, withdrawals, and how everything works
- Run the messenger group for new users and encourage them to join the live
- Take and share jackpot screenshots in our Facebook group to keep the hype alive
- Love live streaming culture and online communities
- Enjoy multitasking and keeping things organized
- Have good vibes and great communication skills
- Are comfortable being online and engaging with people regularly
- Want hands-on experience in community ops, user engagement, or platform support
