What You'll Do
- Lead, coach, and develop the leasing and maintenance teams
- Deliver outstanding service to both English- and Spanish-speaking residents
- Drive occupancy, resident retention, and financial performance
- Oversee rent collections and delinquency management
- Manage budgets and control operating expenses
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and company policies
- Maintain accurate reports and property records
- Foster a positive, welcoming community for all residents
What We're Looking For
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (Required)
- 2+ years of multifamily Community Manager experience (Required)
- Proven leadership and team management experience
- Strong customer service, communication, and conflict resolution skills
- Experience with budgeting, collections, and property operations
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Experience with Entrata is a plus
