Established Community (NOT a Lease-Up)

At Cabana, we’re looking for a Community Manager who knows how to close deals, drive occupancy, and coach a team to do the same.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of multifamily property management experience
  • Proven success in leasing performance and team leadership
  • Experience with Entrata or similar property management software
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
