What You'll Do

As Community Manager, you will oversee all aspects of property operations while leading a team focused on delivering exceptional resident experiences and strong financial results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive occupancy growth, leasing performance, and resident retention
  • Lead, mentor, and develop leasing and maintenance team members
  • Manage property budgets, forecasting, collections, and delinquency
  • Improve operational efficiencies and maximize NOI
  • Ensure outstanding customer service and resident satisfaction
  • Conduct regular property inspections and maintain curb appeal standards
  • Oversee vendor relationships, contracts, and compliance requirements
  • Execute marketing and outreach initiatives to increase visibility and traffic
  • Analyze property performance metrics and implement action plans to achieve goals

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years of Community Manager experience in large-format multifamily housing
  • Demonstrated success managing apartment communities
  • Strong experience with accounts payable, budgeting, collections, and financial reporting
  • Proven ability to improve property performance and lead teams through change
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Strong understanding of leasing, resident relations, and operational management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with Entrata property management software
