We are seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Community Manager with a strong understanding of cryptocurrency, blockchain, and online community engagement to help build and manage our growing audience.
Role Overview
As our Crypto Community Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing our online communities while helping educate, engage, and support users interested in crypto and Web3-related topics. You will serve as the bridge between the brand and the community across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and engage communities across Discord, Telegram, X (Twitter), Reddit, and other social platforms
Respond to community questions related to crypto, blockchain, and platform updates
Create engaging content, announcements, and educational posts
Moderate discussions and maintain a professional, positive environment
Organize AMAs, online events, and community engagement campaigns
Monitor community feedback and provide insights to the internal team
Stay updated with crypto trends, market news, and Web3 developments
Help grow brand awareness and strengthen community loyalty
Requirements
Strong understanding of cryptocurrency, blockchain, Web3, NFTs, or DeFi
Previous experience managing online communities or social media platforms
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with Discord, Telegram, X/Twitter, and Reddit
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Passion for digital communities and emerging technologies
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with crypto, fintech, or tech-related communities
Content creation or social media marketing experience
Knowledge of community growth strategies and engagement tools
Understanding of crypto culture and online trends
