Role Summary:

We’re looking for a Community Manager & Event Coordinator to build, manage, and grow Taager’s seller community while owning the execution of internal and community-driven events.

This role focuses on people, engagement, and execution, making sure Taager’s community feels active, supported, and connected, both online and offline.

What will you do:

  • Manage Taager’s Community channels (META / Twitter Community).
  • Engage daily with sellers by answering questions, sparking discussions, and encouraging knowledge sharing.
  • Plan and publish community content (announcements, prompts, success stories, challenges).
  • Build strong relationships with active sellers and community ambassadors.
  • Collect community insights and feedback and share them with internal teams.
  • Maintain community tone, guidelines, and healthy engagement

 (Internal & Community Events)

  • Coordinate Taager internal events (team meetups, workshops, celebrations).
  • Coordinate logistics with internal teams and external partners (venues, speakers, vendors).
  • Support on-ground execution during events and manage post-event follow-ups.
  • Track attendance, engagement, and feedback to improve future events.

What You’ll Need

  • 1–3 years of experience in community management, events, or engagement-focused roles.
  • Strong communication skills in Arabic (market dialect) and English.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills.
  • Comfortable working with multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Proactive, people-oriented, and execution-driven.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with e-commerce, startups, or seller communities.
  • Experience managing META communities.
  • Content writing or light copy experience for community posts.
