We’re looking for a Community Manager who will take ownership of building Wincent’s presence mainly across the CEE region — connecting with top universities, math and computer science circles, and the next generation of exceptional talent.
You’ll build relationships that matter: with professors, student clubs, event organizers, and high-potential individuals who could become our future engineers and quantitative researchers.
This is a mix of strategy, networking, and creativity — ideal for someone who loves making connections and seeing ideas come to life.
What You’ll DoBuild and maintain partnerships with leading universities and student organizations across the CEE region.
Identify and participate in key events — competitions, conferences, and meetups — where Wincent should be present (globally).
Take ownership of community initiatives end-to-end — from concept to execution — ensuring they align with Wincent’s hiring and brand goals.
Manage budgets for sponsorships, events, and community projects to ensure resources are used effectively and strategically.
Track, measure, and report on the impact of community activities — from engagement metrics to talent pipeline outcomes — and present results to leadership.
Collaborate with internal teams (Recruitment, Marketing, Quant, and Engineering) to synchronize messaging and outreach.
Scout and connect with exceptional individuals — Olympiad participants, top programmers, and talented researchers — and introduce them to Wincent.
Design creative campaigns that make Wincent known and respected in the tech and math communities.
You’ll take full ownership of DragonByte, Wincent’s flagship coding challenge.
Your mission:
Develop Dragon Byte into the most recognized coding challenge in Europe, a premier competition for elite programmers and math talent.
Oversee the entire lifecycle — from concept and branding to university outreach, event logistics, sponsorships, and community engagement.
Build excitement and visibility around Dragon Byte, positioning it as the event top technical minds want to compete in.
Partner with internal stakeholders and external partners to grow the initiative year after year.
Comfort with autonomy — you can identify opportunities and execute them quickly.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Fluent English
Experience in university relations, tech communities, or event management.
Genuine interest in technology, finance, and talent development.
Willingness to travel across the Europe region for events, meetups, and university visits.
Flexible working style — you’re comfortable with schedules that occasionally adapt to event calendars, travel, or evening/weekend competitions.
Bonus: experience organizing hackathons, coding challenges, or campus programs.
Join a company where ambition meets impact — your work directly shapes how we attract world-class talent.
Transparent, fast-moving culture — no politics, just performance.
Competitive compensation, bonuses, and long-term growth opportunities.
At Wincent, we foster a culture of transparency, ownership, and autonomy, where every team member is empowered to make a meaningful impact. We prioritize clear objectives and give you the freedom to innovate and grow within a supportive, high-performing environment.
