WHAT WILL YOU DO
- Proactively track and respond to brand mentions across social media, forums, and other digital platforms
- Develop and implement community engagement strategies to increase brand visibility and loyalty
- Actively participate in discussions, answer queries, and foster a positive brand image across platforms like Reddit, Discord, Facebook, and industry-specific forums
- Collaborate with the SEO, Content, and Social Media teams to align community strategies with broader marketing goals
- Utilize analytics tools to track community performance, provide actionable insights, and refine engagement tactics
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and platform changes to adapt and optimize strategies
WE EXPECT YOU TO HAVE
- Proven experience in managing online communities across multiple platforms
- Deep understanding of community engagement best practices, with a focus on building and nurturing strong relationships
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging diverse audiences and driving meaningful conversations
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Social Media Insights) to measure success and refine strategies
- Basic understanding of SEO to align community engagement with broader search optimization goals
- Self-starter with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

GROSS SALARY
