Main Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the social media strategy for Nord Security B2B brands across LinkedIn, Reddit, and other platforms.
- Plan and oversee all social media content and calendars.
- Continuously explore and experiment with new social media content formats and ideas.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to create engaging social media content.
- Track and analyze the performance of developed content, brand communication, and audience engagement.
- Build and implement a community engagement strategy for Reddit.
- Manage all community feedback and communication.
- Conduct online reputation and social media audits.
- Facilitate and monitor online product reviews and endorsements on social media.
- Gather information on shareable material from all marketing teams, including product updates, collaborations, and events.
Core Requirements
- 3+ years of experience executing various social media and online community strategies; experience working with global audiences and B2B is a significant plus.
- Proven experience using LinkedIn and Reddit.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Strong time management skills and a sense of ownership.
- Ability to simplify complex ideas for broad audiences.
- Creativity in both visual and written communication.
- Proven ability to tailor messages for different audience types.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Good understanding of the digital marketing funnel and metrics.
- Basic knowledge of Google Analytics.

Salary Range
- Gross Salary 2400-3600 EUR/Month.
