Duality is looking for a passionate and talented Community Manager to help our users leverage the power of Falcon, our digital twin integration platform, to solve real world problems. As Community Manager, you will work closely with the larger Product and Engineering teams to make sure that users have ready access to curated documentation, targeted examples that demonstrate end-to-end solutions using Falcon, learning pathways to level up their understanding of various tech stacks and a vibrant community portal.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, including technical writing, and will have a passion for educating and connecting with others. Crucial to this task will be the ability to quickly grasp and utilize a complex technical product. Understanding of game engines, robotics, AI, and coding is a plus.
- Own the user experience for community members, ensuring that their entire journey with Falcon is considered and supported.
- Develop and execute a strategy for continuous updates of examples and learning pathways.
- Own outreach to user bases to increase engagement.
- Manage the community portal, ensuring robust discussions and activity so that users’ questions and concerns are rapidly and satisfactorily addressed.
- Provide input to the Falcon roadmap to ensure that the community’s needs are reflected.
- Passion for education and strong technical writing skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Ability to quickly understand technical concepts and features.
- 2 years of experience as a technical writer, community manager or communicator. Alternatively, an advanced degree in a related technical or communications domain.
- Experience and in depth understanding of concepts like 3D content creation, coding, game engines, or related fields.
- Familiarity with 3D Art Tools (e.g. Houdini, Zbrush, Substance, Blender, etc.)
- Experience working in enterprise environments and helping teams identify key risks and considerations when evaluating roadmap initiatives.
- Understanding of Synthetic Data Generation and ML Algorithms
