Brookside Properties is looking for a strong Community Manager to lead The Hendrix in Augusta, GA. This is a busy, fast-paced community, and we need an experienced leader who can confidently manage both the operations and maintenance side of the property.

What We're Looking For
- 3–5 years of multifamily property management experience
- Strong Community Manager or Property Manager experience
- Strong maintenance knowledge and understanding of property maintenance operations
- Ability to lead and hold both office and maintenance teams accountable
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Experience with leasing, marketing, collections, and resident relations
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage a fast-paced, busy community
- Comfortable with budgets, financials, and controlling expenses
- Computer proficiency; Entrata experience preferred
What You'll Do
- Oversee daily operations of the community
- Lead, coach, and hold office and maintenance teams accountable
- Drive occupancy, leasing, renewals, and resident satisfaction
- Monitor collections and delinquency
- Conduct regular property and maintenance inspections
- Identify and address maintenance and property-condition concerns
- Manage vendors, expenses, and non-budgeted repairs
- Assist with budgeting and financial performance
- Ensure the property is well-maintained, compliant, and operating efficiently
This is not a “sit behind the desk” Community Manager role. We need a hands-on leader who is comfortable walking the property, partnering closely with maintenance, and taking ownership of the overall performance and condition of the community.
